I just wanted to write you this email, although words can't express how appreciative I am
for all your help the past few months. Buying my first home was definitely a dream
come true, but as a single young woman, never would I have thought this was even possible
just a couple years ago. I truly am grateful for your patience and time spent in
teaching me about the real estate industry and helping me find my first home!
You were thorough in every step and made sure that I was going to benefit from the outcome
however long that might take to achieve. Visiting houses was a blast and the whole
process could have easily been overwhelming but you helped make it more than a wonderful
experience. I love my house more and more every day and so much of that I have you
to thank for.

and I feel so fortunate to have been matched up with you. If I could speak with any

You don't know me, but we knew about the Agresti family when we lived in Erie.
I was born and lived there for 38 years before we moved to Iowa in 1969.
While we were there, my wife's Dad gave us five acres of bare land on Cherry Street
Extension. We are now thinking of selling it so we decided to get three CMAs, and we
chose Jen to do one of them for us.
Her formal CMA came in the mail yesterday as requested, and it is a very well
documented and thorough CMA. We are now waiting for the other two.
You can consider yourself pretty fortunate to have her working for you. She is the epitomy of
what's called a "Great Customer Service" provider.
Everyone wants to think that they are the only customer a
provider has. Jen makes us feel that way because of her personal interest even
though we know she is very busy because she's so good.
