Brian Agresti has been in the Real Estate Business since 1991 and is a licensed REALTOR, Certified Appraiser and REO Agent.

James "Skip" Agresti has been a licensed Realtor for over 30 years and a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 25 years. Skip as he's known to all, has been a student of the real estate business and holds the professional designations to back it up.Through the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, in 1975 he received the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute Designation) In 1980 he became a charter member through the Realtors National Marketing Institute, (The CRS designation) which ranked him with the top real estate salespeople in the nation. As his business grew, Skip received  the CRB designation, which is the broker owner's standard of excellence. In the mid 1980's, Skip expanded his business to include Real Estate Appraisal and in 1991 received his General Appraiser Certification from the state of Pennsylvania, with which he can appraise all commercial and residential property. Then in 1991 due to the expanding employee relocation market, skip earned the CRP designation from the Employee Relocation Council and finally in 1991 Skip earned the the coveted SRA(Senior Real Estate Appraiser) designation from the Appraisal Institute. This ranks Skip with the top notch appraisers in the country.

Along with his busy education regiment Skip found time to manage a large multi-county real estate sales firm with 7 offices and 75 sales people, teach appraisal at Penn State Behrend campus, work as a fee appraiser for all area banks performing commercial appraisals, operate an appraisal firm serving 5 counties in northwestern Pennsylvania and 3 counties in Ohio, develop 4 subdivisions and build over 125 single and multi-family homes.
